9:00AM - 10:00AM | The First 90 Days - What I Learned Jumping into a Sales Leadership Role presented by Ashley Colautti

Stepping into a VP of Sales role comes with immediate pressure to deliver results, build trust, and make the right decisions quickly. In this session, Ashley Colautti will share what she learned in her first 90 days, inspired by Michael D. Watkins’ The First 90 Days. From building data-driven strategies to hiring the right team and showing up as a confident leader, this session is a practical playbook for anyone stepping into a new role.

    Key Takeaways:

    • Compress your learning curve without faking it
    • Build smarter systems, not just work harder
    • Lead with confidence before you feel ready

    Meet Ashley Colautti:

Ashley Colautti is Vice President of Sales, U.S. at Spector & Co. With more than 15 years of industry experience, she has worked on the distributor, service provider, and supplier sides of the business, bringing a broad perspective to sales, strategy, and industry relationships. 9 AM | The Field Guide to High-Performance Habits Presented by Jenna Quaranta (session approved for 1 CEU)

The Field Guide to High-Performance Habits is a practical, no-fluff session for people who want more — driven, ready for success, and tired of feeling like the week is running them. High performance isn’t a personality trait — it’s the habits you repeat when the calendar gets chaotic.

You’ll learn the weekly planning rhythm that sets you up to win before Monday even starts, the daily execution habits that keep you moving when you’re slammed, and the accountability frameworks (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) that make consistency automatic. You’ll also walk away with strategies to protect your priority time, stop living in reactive mode, and build simple focused routines that actually hold up in real life—plus tools you can use to drive momentum: talk tracks for growth and re-engagement, an event expansion plan, and a LinkedIn playbook.

And when you get off track (because you will), you’ll have reset strategies to get back into rhythm fast—how to direct your energy and focus where it matters, and how to intentionally reset key relationships each quarter — without the guilt spiral.

If you want to feel field-ready every week, stay consistent under pressure, and build habits that compound all year… this is your guide.
