Through PPEF, NWPMA proudly offers the “Keep the Dream Alive, Junior Hamilton Scholarship,” a $1,250 award granted each year exclusively to members and their families. Explore the available scholarships below and take the first step toward your future success.

The Promotional Products Education Foundation (PPEF) provides a variety of scholarships to support students and employees in the promotional products industry. Whether you're a high school senior, a current college student, or an industry professional looking to further your education, there are opportunities to help you achieve your academic goals.


"Keep the Dream Alive", Junior Hamilton Scholarship

This scholarship is available to full-time promotional products industry employees or their dependent children. To qualify, the employee or parent/guardian of the applicant must hold an active NWPMA membership at the time of application. These scholarships are awarded to outstanding students who fulfill all requirements for the One-Year Scholarships.

Four-Year College Scholarship

Available to high school seniors. This scholarship offers a need-based award of $9,000, distributed annually at $2,250, and a merit-based award of $5,000, distributed annually at $1,250.  Online Application

One-Year College Scholarship

For current college students or trade school applicants. This scholarship includes need-based awards of $2,250 and merit-based awards of $1,250, helping students continue their educational journey. Online Application

Chairman’s Scholarship

Available for students entering their junior year of college who are pursuing a degree related to the promotional products industry. It awards $5,500, distributed annually at $2,750. This scholarship is renewable for the senior year, provided the student maintains a qualifying GPA and has a connection to the industry through their own employment or that of a parent. Adult Learner Scholarship

For full-time promotional products industry employees who have been out of school for more than five years and are entering their first year of college or trade school. This scholarship offers a $1,250 merit-based award. Children of industry employees are not eligible for this particular scholarship, which is awarded based on an essay, resume, and letter of recommendation. Online Application

PPEF scholarships are open to full-time promotional products industry employees or their dependent children pursuing undergraduate degrees (minimum 3.0 GPA). You may apply to multiple awards; Four-Year Scholarships are awarded first, and non-recipients are automatically considered for One-Year and Named Scholarships (including the Junior Hamilton “Keep the Dream Alive” NWPMA Scholarship). Need-based applicants must submit a Student Aid Report after filing the FAFSA. Applications for 2025–2026 open September 1, 2024, and close March 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM CT, with recipients announced in June 2025. For full details or to donate, visit the PPEF website.

About the Promotional Products Education Foundation (PPEF)

PPEF is an educational, charitable, nonprofit organization that awards college scholarships to students whose parents work in the promotional products industry or who work for a company in the industry. Since 1989, PPEF has awarded $3,668,500 in college scholarships to 1,958 students.

In 2025, PPEF will award $335,000 in college scholarships to 180 recipients, including 32 renewal recipients. In 2024, $321,500 was awarded in college scholarships. 32 recipients received renewal payments on scholarships awarded in previous years. 138 new scholarships were awarded: 10 Four-Year College Scholarships, 2 Chairman's Scholarships, and 126 One-Year College Scholarships, including the Named Scholarships listed on the Current Donors page.
